Delivery in South Africa
- Free delivery on orders of R500 or more.
- R99 delivery on orders below R500.
- Free collection at Smith & Hunter when the pickup option is available at checkout.
The delivery options and final charge for your address are shown at checkout before payment.
Order processing and tracking
Processing begins once your order and full payment are confirmed. Subject to stock availability, orders are processed within 1 business day. Processing time is separate from courier transit time.
For dispatched orders, tracking details will be emailed to you. Delivery time depends on your destination and the courier. Please contact us before ordering if you need your items by a specific date.
Collect your order
Select pickup at checkout where available, and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting.

Delivery help
Please check your delivery address and contact details carefully. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or returned as undeliverable, contact us so we can assist and arrange the next steps. We will confirm any applicable redelivery charge before arranging redelivery.
